Elina Kuusisto came to work at Aurubis Finland in 1987. After trade school she spent three years in Germany learning the language. She then worked in Helsinki, but when a job opened as a marketing assistant in Pori, she moved back to her hometown. Elina considers customer relations to be the most important part of her job.
She now works for Aurubis as a sales manager. She is in charge of sales in Pori and also in other Baltic countries. Elina says that she enjoys her work, which includes lots of traveling and dealings with clients. During her free time Elina likes to spend time outdoors and working as the chairman of the group supporting junior players on the local ice hockey team, Ässät.
Elina recommends Aurubis as an employer since it is very flexible, offering great opportunities for further development and training.
